This hotel is a commendable fit for a walk in the evening in Mariposa with great value for money. Enjoyed breakfast on the veranda with hummingbirds all around. For a quieter room, check the front side away from the noise.

Limited breakfast variety could be improved for seniors.

The beds were exceptionally comfy, and the skylight in our bathroom provided a lovely soft glow at night. Manager Mary made us feel right at home, and we loved meeting Scott, the jeweler, downstairs.
My kids wished for a pool for some fun splashing around.

The location was perfect, right by neat shops and places to eat. Our Queen Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Breakfast had Elva's awesome baked goodies and coffee on a nice back deck with hummingbirds around. We parked for free right outside, which was super convenient for going to Yosemite.

Wow, the Gold Coin Sports Grill & Bar had some killer Italian grilled meat! Plus, Marion was an absolute gem, making our stay feel like family. And can we talk about the vintage charm of the inn? Just perfect for our Mariposa adventure!
But oof, we got hit with some serious noise from the bar next door, making it tough to catch Z's. And with only a tub for a shower and a pretty meager breakfast, it felt like we were missing out on the full experience.

The Queen Room was super cozy with some nice character. Everything was clean, and the flowers outside added a chill vibe. Watching the hummingbirds while sipping coffee on the balcony was a highlight. A couple of little things could be better, like the limited breakfast variety and some old décor, but overall, a solid stay.

The charming decor and historic character added to the appeal, making it a cozy retreat. Room was spacious and impeccably clean, with delightful plush towels. Morning coffee on the community balcony surrounded by hummingbirds was a memorable touch. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and parking spots might be tight during peak times. Despite these minor drawbacks, the stay was enjoyable and welcoming, making it a worthwhile choice for anyone visiting the area.
